General Policies

Most orders will ship 24 to 48 hours after being received providing that the merchandise is currently in stock. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Orders will be charged to your card account as they are received by our automated processing service, starting the order process.

Out of stock items are usually shipped within 7 to 14 days.

Once processed, orders will ship according to the type of delivery service you have chosen when the order was placed.

Example: United Parcel Service Next Day Air shipping will be delivered the following business day after your order has shipped, Not the next day after your order was placed. The following rule also applies to Second Day Air and Ground Service Delivery Options. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii will incur an additional $10.00 air fee. Shipments to Canada will incur an additional $20.00 shipping charge.

Our shipping cost for goods to the destination address include shipping, handling and insurance.

Backorders

For items backordered for a period of 14 days or longer, Lollipop Golf will notify the customer by telephone or e-mail with an expected ship date.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $10.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges. For shipments to Canada, an additional $20.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in New York State. The tax rate is 8.25%.

Sales tax will not be charged on orders purchased outside of New York State.

Order Cancellation Policies

Orders may be cancelled at anytime prior to the shipping of your order by sending an email to orders@lollipopgolf.com. Please provide the order number provided with your order confirmation.
